Physical Appearance: 1.55 m, 45 kg. Sun-skin. Long auburn hair often kept braided. Large almond-brown (as the color) eyes with slight epicanthic folds. Heart-shaped face, widow's peak, wide mouth with dark, thin lips. Pretty, petite, and slender like many sun-skins.

Lina can be quite serious and stubborn (think “intractable”) when her family or clan is in danger, or if she thinks they may be threatened. However, when in relaxed circumstances she can be quite child-like, very playful and often silly.

Lina could be viewed as the ultimate sun-skin philosopher. She understands and espouses the “sun-skin way” very frequently and very diligently. She has thought long and hard about her people and what the future holds for them. She very much wants to create a better world for them—a better life for all people. In particular, the disease is a major motivator for her. Adam’s and Jane’s sudden appearance looks to her like the will of Será in response to the ills plaguing the world. As though they have been brought there to return the world to balance.
